Hi Malby :) I really like your comment, it made me think about what I am doing with the listening skill in my job. I tend to prepare my classes without taking into account listening exercises, because sometimes as teachers we are exposed to certaing problems with the resources, for instance the tape recorder that does not read CDs or the CD that is not well-burnt. But now I can say that if I want to make my students improve their speaking and writing skills, it is very important to practice listening activities as well.
You are right. Listening is the most complicated skill to develop. So we as teachers have got to search very carefully or invent (if possible) the best listening material we can, to make of our students succesful English language leaaner listeners.
